One ocasion I didn't applied character strengths was one time I was at school and they wanted to pot me a report and I wasn't calm and the teacher got angrier so he put me two steps of a report.
The situation would be different I had self control and I have remain calm.

Olave: One time I had to do a lot of homework, but I also had a very important game that day. I decided to go to the game, and when I came back I would do the homework. But when I came back it was really late, so I forgot and I went to sleep.

It would have been different if I used  the Self-Control character sterength, because I would not have gone to the game until I finished my homework.
